South East London based, Amsterdam born and originating from Benin City, Nigeria.
RR leads an eccentric and fresh wave to the UK and global AfroBeats scene.
The debut single Where I Come From ignited an undeniable flame in which the newly born artist was amassed with various Snapchat & Instagram snaps/stories reciting lyrics whilst simultaneously dancing to the vibe-ladden track.
The follow up release of the upbeat, head bopping track ‘Ninja’ fashioned the artist to be known as ‘AfroBeats NiNjA’ Thus allowing the artist to “get in his bag” and go on a run in the year 2020 with Afrobeats, Afroswing & Afro-pop releases to feed his fan base and new listeners. From ‘Ninja’ to ‘Gbesokay’ the artist devises this collection as Project 2020.
Alongside this, a stellar performance at the RBE Showcase granted him with ‘Best Afrobeat Act’ RBE Awards 2020 Nomination.
