RIA is a Bulgarian singer-songwriter currently based in London. She writes all of her own music and lyrics, believing that the best songs come from real experiences and honest emotions. Her sound blends pop-rock with alternative influences, combining energetic guitars and drums with deeply personal storytelling.

Growing up in a musical family, music has been part of RIA's life for as long as she can remember. She studied at the National School of Music in Bulgaria for eight years, where she played both piano and guitar, before discovering her passion for songwriting.

RIA first gained recognition in Bulgaria after winning BG Radio's Debut Artist of the Year award in 2022. Since then, her music has reached the top of national radio charts, including multiple #1 singles, seven consecutive weeks at #1 on the Bulgarian National Radio Top 20.

Alongside music, RIA has always been passionate about creativity and learning. She graduated the Sofia High School of Mathematics, where she built lifelong friendships while taking part in mathematics competitions. She later graduated with a BA in Computer Animation in Manchester and is currently completing an MA in 3D Computer Animation at the University of the Arts London.

After releasing several successful singles in Bulgaria, RIA is now entering a new chapter of her career, focusing on writing and performing in English while continuing to grow as an artist and connect with audiences internationally.

RIA is currently based in the Elephant & Castle area of London, where she enjoys the city's creative atmosphere and finds inspiration in everyday life.
