Sue Hackett, a singer/songwriter/guitarist from Galmpton, near Brixham, has been playing the guitar since she was 13. Having retired and returned to her native county of Devon she has revived her singing and songwriting and now plays and sings a variety of folk, shanty, songs of the sea, popular covers and original songs at a variety of venues around the West Country. She also performs as Saucy Sue at shanty events and runs bespoke shanty workshops.
