Based in the wild and windy lands of North Wales, The Wee Bag Band is a 5 piece Irish music band that exists for one noble purpose: to unleash gloriously mad, occasionally bad, often trad (and sometimes surprisingly contemporary) Irish-Celtic diddly-diddly music along with a number of American country tunes upon unsuspecting audiences across pubs, clubs, festivals, and anywhere with electricity… or at least a working Guinness tap.

We must be doing something right, or at least playing most of the notes in roughly the right order because our travels have taken us far and wide: the UK, France, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, the USA, Canada, Cuba, the Bahamas, Curaçao, Puerto Rico, Honduras… and even northern Greenland. Yes, it was -32°C. Yes, our instruments froze. No, the Guinness didn’t.
